Elaine & Lee are friendly & caring hosts. From arriving to leaving, they have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. On-site parking is a bonus.The breakfast is exceptional, and Elaine's cakes are delicious. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The house is spotlessly clean. The mini fridge is a bonus, especially with fresh milk and water included. There is a lovely guest lounge and guest garden for relaxing. The location is quiet and peaceful. A short walk takes you to the sea front. Blenheim House is one to remember and recommend. Thank you.

The room was modern with everything you need and very clean,bed was very comfortable. The food was lovely with a great Service. Can't wait to stay again.

If you are a poor sleeper- have collagen ear plugs (they don’t stop sounds fully, so you would hear - if there was any emergency) - as the apartment is next to the trains tracks. I put them in and slept very well. There was a little bit of misunderstanding of what the deposit of £20 was supposed to be used for (not clear information), but we cleared it out soon after. I noticed the oven didn’t work - but managed to prepare my food without it.
