The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Booked 1 night to go to event at ExCel.. so glad I did! Hotel receptionists were very helpful and generous allowing me to park in the hotel parking space all day so I could leave it and walk from there to ExCel. Saved me a few quid! Room was reasonable size and had a decent balcony from where you could see the London skyline! Breakfast was a lovely bonus as well. All for less than any of the well known 'big brand' hotel chains nearby. Would stay again.

Not really a dislike but is next to busy road (can't really do much about that) and maybe could have more choice of breakfast, but what they had was good and freshly made.

Really easy to collect the keys, because there was plenty of information describing this, even a video was sent before arriving, showing how to get to the property, how to access the keys and how to open/lock the door to the property. This was great, as not many other hosts choose to do this.

It would have been great to have maybe some hand-soap and shower gel, although there was shampoo/conditioner :)

Lovely and clean with lots of utensils. Well proportioned rooms and 3 bathrooms in each house and downstairs toilets. Communication prior to visit was great they accommodated all our questions and requests. Staff in the shop and cafe are lovely!

WiFi was quite patchy and if you’re on the top floor it doesn’t work at all. But wasn’t a problem for us just something to be aware of. At the cafe signal is very strong so could always pop over there if you need to.

Really nice hotel on the edge of the Manchester Gay Village area and just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station and Piccadilly Gardens. Room was quire large and well furnished. Staff friendly and helpful.

Near resorts world arena, nice bars and restarants nearby. Liked the Spa especially the outside hot tub.

Fairly expensive, slightly confusing check in on the ground floor then use the lift.

Well presented and good facilities. Lovely breakfast and well stocked bar.

The side room off the bar smelt a bit like urine.

The breakfast was small but everything was lovely and cooked really well

Very comfortable bed, quiet location, handy Sainsbury’s local opposite!

Longer walk into town than expected! Luckily we had good weather, would have been a different story if it had been raining.

It was Ok for the money

1. Only one set of towels provided despite the booking being a double room for TWO PEOPLE ! 2. No Sky News on the room TV despite the fact that it was playing on the big screens downstairs. It's a freeview channel and should be avaiable on any modern TV! 3. Breakfast selection was poor. Very average hot brekfast but extremely poor selection other than that. No decent selection of breads and pastries, just white sliced bread ! Very poor TBH
