The greeting by alll reception staff was fabulous and we felt welcome. The hotel was so close to shops and restaurants which was great for going out later in the evening. We arrived after midday and were allowed to check into our room plus on registration we were told we had a complimentary breakfast. As this is the first time I’d used Radisson it was a welcome surprise. I certainly would recommend this hotel in central Cardiff to others

Very convenient location with easy access and plenty of parking. Lovely maintained grounds. Nice and quiet.

Nothing I did not like, it was as I expected based on previous reviews, basic but comfortable. I did not get to have breakfast which was included in the price as I had to check out very early due to road closures which would have prevented me from leaving when I planned. My only criticism of the booking process is that I should have been sent a note to inform me of this closure prior to my arrival at 6pm.
