Staff were very friendly, all areas of the hotel and room were clean and breakfast was nice.

The ensuite in the room was tiny. I am of average size and have no disabilities but found the facilities very cramped and hard to use. My wife who does have a slight mobility problem did not feel confident to use the shower during our stay. I think that the hotel description should point out this problem so that guests are aware before booking.

There was no Hot Water at all on the morning after our overnight stay, this was an incredible inconvenience as we were attending a family occasion on the following day that we had been looking forward to for some time and could not shower or get ready properly, I would like to understand what compensation there will be from our incredibly high one night stay of £490 for one night and could not have a shower and get ready,I appreciate that Pink was in town which was the reason for our stay, but NO SHOWER IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
