We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  The staff was very friendly! Even though they couldn't give us two rooms on request next to each other, (I wasn't really bothered about it)they have upgraded the rooms for the best ones in the new pavilion free of charge. The comfort of the room is amazing. We stayed only one night but it was really enjoyable. The hotel is about 20/25 min away from the city centre that's the only downside , but we chose to stay there and it didn't disappoint.

  The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The shower was great. Small rooms but that’s expected in a city hotel.

  It’s a great location if you want to be central but Leicester square is not the nicest of areas - very busy with tourists but we knew this prior to booking so didn’t bother us but would put me off staying for a longer period.

  The caravan was Unhygienic,unsafe,shouldn't have been rented out as it was in no condition to be rented.couldnt shower as there was a blockage in the sink and shower, and dirty water came back up into the shower and wouldn't go down for hours.the window had been smashed and was borded up.there was no tv or dvd as advertised until we collected a TV 3 days into our break for the owner and bought our own dvd player.i cut my leg open on the stairs to the caravan where the edges were missing and also pulled a muscle in my back so couldn't do anything the whole time I was there and I'm going to miss time off work now as I'm a bricklayer that can't lift anything or bend over for the foreseeable future. and have spent a fortune on cream and medication for my back.when the gas ran i thought this wasnt meant to be and I never write on these normally either but would not wish this on anyone.nice neighbours though let us use there shower and gave us gave us a number for a proper caravan if we ever go again.
