Loved everything about the hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Lovely staff, had a great room too with a lovely view, they gave us 2 bottles of wine too for my partners boyfriend which was very kind

My only negatives were that our room was too hot! Which affected our sleep. We had it at the coolest setting but you could tell that the hotel heating was just too high as you could hear the hot water pipes.

We had to leave at about 1am in the morning, as we were being threatened by other guests. They were being very very loud so we politely asked them to be a more thoughtful of the other guests. This is why they threatened us. I was very very scared.

I got to the car park and there is a huge sign which states, my your ticket and it will be taken off your stay at the bar. I did that and paid £24 to stay in the car park to then be told I need to pay through them and I would have to try and get my money back from the people that run the car park. Funnily enough I can’t get hold of them so I’ve now lost money. I was waiting in reception for a while but ended up going up to the bar which didn’t bother me (people are busy), it was like I wasn’t meant to do that and I thought my greeting was a bit unwelcoming. I then went to have food and there was hardly anything left on the menu, I wish I had gone across the road but didn’t realise how many places were around until after I ordered. The room was clean and bed comfortable. When I left in the morning the girl took the key off me and said bye, no thank you for coming, was your stay ok! On the way out I got stuck behind a man trying to deliver a skip, had to wait quite a while as he couldn’t get through, he thanked me for waiting and apologised but the staff didn’t.
