  The staff were very friendly and very understanding when the airline cancelled my flight and lost my luggage. The Youth Hostel is really close to town and supermarkets which make it a really convenient location :) Googlemaps a must for figuring our bus times - plus the lovely folks in the travel centre. Lovely place to visit, coming back and I'll be staying in the YH again when I do! :)

  The room was basically an attic on the top floor and should be described as such. Air conditioning didn’t work initially. No phone in room so needed to go all the way down numerous flights of stairs to reception. Curtains falling off, no instant coffee in room, no room to do anything. When we expressed our disappointment we were advised that it was our fault “because we had booked a cheap room” we paid £170, hardly cheap!
