The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location is close to the city, and some supper markets are just walking distance. Ideal for a short stay for a guest who wishes to stay and sleep.

Wifi is not accessible in my room and used my data. The heaters went off after 11 pm, it was uncomfortable to stay after as the temperature went down. It is recommended the guests bring their linens, pillow covers, and towels

The hosts provided us with some basics for the fridge which was lovely. A lovely clean and cozy stay with a great hot tub!

Our superior room looked out at a vista of scaffolding a car park, a station platform,a rusty shed and disused space Over-priced for stay. Not worth the extra cost. Breakfast had a good choice but the cooked selection was never warm enough and machines ran out of decaffeinated coffee on each morning No decaff coffee at all in downstairs bar reception area After returning from out evening out, just after midnight, we were unable to get a night cap even although a resident

This was booked by our daughter and we would have preferred twin beds - due to health reasons not sure if this was made clear at the time of booking or not. It was a deluxe room with a double bed and apart from the bed situation it was perfect in every way

Great location and excellent bed, Shower good, room overall clean.

Very expensive. 6pm, is very late for a check in. 4pm would be more acceptable.

The room was lovely, the location is fantastic

For two people the bed is very small and kinda flimsy.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful

Unfortunately, I barely got any sleep. While I appreciate the location in the city centre, the noise from the street was quite bad until the early hours of the morning. I could hear other guests coming in and out until 5am having conversations in the hallway. I was pretty disappointed at how bad the soundproofing was in the rooms. I had booked as a treat for myself to stay up the night before the marathon and barely got any sleep, for £170 I at least expect to get a good night's sleep. When I went down to get my bags out of the car, I saw a rat in the car park (again, I appreciate it is a city centre), but it wasn't the best welcome especially when it'd so close to the accommodation.

They didn't inform me about the fire alarm drill and made me think it was the real one.

1 member of staff on arrival to clean and check guests in. Cleaning was not to the standard expected. Bedding and a towel dirty. Debris left on bathroom floor.
