This is an expensively designed and furnished apartment - strikingly so. It's very 5-star-ish in its appointments. Location is very good when you get used to how to take advantage of it. Having said that, we had one issue, but again it was dealt with very impressively: the host (via messaging) was incredibly responsive when we pointed out that the kitchen could have been more fulsomely equipped. A delivery of extra supplies was organised immediately, including a better ironing board and other things.

We had a two-level unit, with everything but the living/TV space down a steep flight of stairs to basement / lower street level. This had two annoying effects: (1) there was no real joy in using the living room because it was so separated from the rest of the unit (and conversely, there was nowhere comfortable to seat in the lower area, because the bedrooms were tight and the kitchen table was very small); (2) there was no cellular phone reception down low, so when expecting calls we plugged our phones in upstairs away from us.

The house was right on the harbour so the views were very pretty and having the whole house was a bonus, in fact too much room for us as a couple ! Two double rooms, the larger one was very big ! Communication with the owner was excellent and entry via a key boy was easy. The house is general was clean and the bed comfy. First time I’ve been in a rental with 4 TVs, virtually one in every room just about. The price paid made is very good value for money.

Room 754: -Bathroom sink drain is slow -Shower head in bath has numerous leaks from the pipe -Bathroom shelf over vanity is full of dust -Floor has numerous marks near window that needs to be fixed -Bed head moves so needed to place pillow behind it as every time I moved it slammed against the wall

Outdated understand it maybe due to be renovated shower very poorly maintained bed comfortable very basic overall not worth the price we paid compared to other stays we have had to the area
