      The host was very helpful and considerate of our needs. Made adjustments for us as we had two wheelchair users. The apartment was ideal for us with loads of room to move around and all completely accessible and private parking made things much easier.

      Blackout curtains or blinds would be helpful in the living room for watching movies and also the tv on a tiltable stand so it can’t be pivoted to both sofas

      As it was quiet we were given bigger room. Lounge nice and colourful. Honesty box for things you may have forgotten. Didn't feel like was being milked for everything (eg 20p for pool table) as in some places.

      Curtains could be better at blocking out light. Ours were bright yellow.

      Great location, very busy pub. Was quiet though after 11.15pm. They were Celebrating D-Day 80 years. Mostly friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

      We were greeted by friendly staff, who were extremely busy and we understood this. We arrived with another guest and allowed her to go first checking in. Our arrival was taken over by another gentleman who seemed harassed and muttered and swore under his breath with his back turned to us - he did seem perplexed when the other guest asked if they could do a vegan breakfast - another staff member confirmed they could do this! The D-Day celebrations meant we were unable to get an evening meal (there was a BBQ in the garden). So we took a short stroll to another pub in the village. The bed was small and would have been fine for a single person but a bigger bed would have been nicer for a couple.

      I was hoping for a more comfortable bed, I found the price rather high and it did not even include a breakfast. £150 a night with no breakfast was high. There could have been bottled water in the rooms as there are no facilities.. Just a kettle
