Location closed to Paddington Station, Bayswater tube & Queensway tube. Within walking distance plenty of restaurant and Halal food. Room was spacious (Family room) can easily fit 4/5 person. Room equipped with almost everything. Tv, stove, microwave, cutlery. Only lack of washing machine, if they do it’ll be perfect stay.

On the day we arrived, the lift was undermantainance. I’ll be great if the hotel took initiative to message guest to inform, so we can prepare our mental since it broke weeks before we arrived. Haha. The hotel full with stairs and no one was there to help. The attendance was an old man, i couldn’t asked him for help as he also have no willing to help and he looks old. And the staff there wasn’t very friendly like British would act.

Good location, nice bathroom, nice staff but tired decor in a very cold and tiny room with a constant very annoying water dripping noise as well as no soundproofing to next door makes this place a no no.

There wasn’t enough room to open the bedroom door when you entered the room as the door opened straight into the “wardrobe”, the room was small and dark and needed some upkeep e.g the bathroom door handle was sellotaped on, and it felt like the carpets needed a good clean. I had a terrible night’s sleep as the bed was lumpy, there was no soundproofing to the room next door, it was cold and there was a constant water dripping sound which was really annoying and went on all night. I think it was the air-conditioning unit even though that was switched off. The coffee sachets provided were old and crumpled and even had holes in the packaging. The staff were nice but overall I do not recommend it. I paid a premium price to stay here and it was not worth the money. £225 for one night was a rip off.

Handy location to the busses and underground. Cafés near by for breakfast

Difficult to find the key. Hostess did not give instructions for pick up or return without asking and did not comment which type of pest control was ongoing in the hall near the flat door. Flat dirty, especially the rug. Only one chair, had to eat breakfast sitting on the bed. Every whistle and clink of china clearly heard in the flat from the restaurant below, very loud neighbour at 3 a.m. Recommend taking ear plugs or noise-cancelling headphones if not a sound sleeper
