The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The room is great. Modern, clean and more than fits the requirements of what you would need for a short stay (and probably a longer stay too if that was required).

Access to the building and car park is quite confusing. But once you know where you’re going it’s fine.

On the face of things, the hotel looked like it would be a relaxing place to stay with good facilities.

On arrival, we were assigned a room. We had submitted a request before arrival the we required a twin room (which was acknowledged by email). The room we had been given was a double. We went back to the reception desk and they said to wait in the bar and they would resolve this and come and find us when it was ready. They didn't come to find us, so an hour later we went back to reception and they told us it was ready. After a 7 hour drive, it would have been nice to have a room ready for us. The room whilst spacious, had not been cleaned properly. There was a layer of dust over most of the top facing surfaces such as headboards to the beds and television. There was a general feel of shabbiness of the whole of the property. The balcony hadn't been cleaned for some time, with rotting furniture that looked unsafe to sit on and window frames that desperately need attention. As the hotel is quite remote, the only option for food is the venue. We decided upon attempting to order from the 'room service' menu. We rang reception from the room, but no reply whatsoever on several tries. In the end, I decided to head down to the restaurant and order directly. I then noticed on the display of the till, that they added an additional service charge of £3.50 for delivery to the room. (Please note, there was no mention of this fee on the room service menu). I decided to wait and carry up the food myself as I had already made the journey down to the bar. I had ordered a pizza and what they described as chunky chips. The chips were nothing more than cheap frozen chips that were £5 per portion. The pizza was in effect a flat bread base with random bits covered in cheddar. The quality of both were far from satisfactory, especially for the cost. Based on the poor quality of the food, we decided against ordering breakfast and went elsewhere.
