Location for peaks we did the tissington trail left bikes on roof overnight & felt safe although could of took them off & locked them up.around back of hotel Breakfast was good value bacon .eggs sausage. Etc cereal. Yoghurt ..juice & coffee & tea on tap 24hrs..not a massive place which is perfect more quieter than the big motorway services But plenty of choice to eat either @ pub or nice Thai place plus subway Perfect place for 1/2 nights

Breakfast was just ok. The instant coffee is a bit naff the rest was ok, but the view over Morecambe bay while eating breakfast was fantastic. The room looked like it had just been refurbished and was very clean.

Hotel was well located for us, very close to Kelvingrove Park and Museum. On-street parking available nearby, and free on weekend. Staff on reception very helpful. Room comfy and fine for one night stay.

They enforced me to pay 150 GBP as deposit before I can check in! It was so weird and my first experience to happen to me. Also one small bottle of water is definitely not enough.

Our original apartment was cancelled at the last minute, I mean on the morning of our travel,ridiculous, we were them offered an alternative apartment which was 9 miles away from epsom where we had booked the original apartment, we were going to the epsom races as we have done since 1999,myself, my wife daughter and son-in-law. To say we were extremely disappointed with the location would be an understatement, we missed the 1st half of the epsom meeting (1st time in 25 years) all down to a totally incompetent letting agency ,we weren't told the full address, they wouldn't let us have the checking in details until I filled in their client registration and paid a damaged deposit,which I knew nothing about,I had problems with this because of the late change of the apartment location .they were totally unhelpful and I was extremely stressed and felt very unwell, which they didn't care about they just had their criteria to meet. When I eventually fulfilled their requirements, they wouldn't let me have the keysafe number over the phone,they said that they will email me, 20 minutes later the email arrived with the wrong keysafe number,back on the phone through the system again ,eventually got in the apartment. We had to get a taxi to the races and back both days,very expensive, we would not have needed taxis with the apartment in epsom. On our return to the apartment we were met with 15 to 20 youngsters in the lobby being very rowdy,we went into the apartment to go to sleep only to be disturbed with the arrival of 5 police cars and officers, this carried on all night ,same on the Saturday night,loud bad behavior and drug taking all night.on the following morning we were greeted with an absolute mess from the night of drugtaking and partying. We hardly slept . We were very disappointed with everything.the apartment was clean tidy and very spacious ,it was just everything else.
