  The name truly delivers as my room was private, quiet and peaceful. Both hosts were with providing directions into central london and great sense of humor. Gym was clean and easy to access and parking was safe and secure. Quiet surrounding area and rooms look just like the photos. Bed was EXTREMELY cozy and comfortable would definitely recommend.

  Loved the unusual decor… very reminiscent of hotels in the US. When you’ve stayed in a lot of bland same-old-same-old guest houses/b&bs/hotels as we have, this was a breath of fresh air!! Very welcome. Loved it!! Great to be able sit on a bench opposite the hotel overlooking the sea.

  My only suggestion Brodie is heavier curtains as the current curtains are so thin and light, that we were woken with bright daylight at 4.30 am!!! Far too early!! Given that it’s still daylight at 10pm, blackout curtains would be a smart move!!!

  The room was spacious and so clean with super cute welcome package, and good facilities including a fridge. Comfortable beds, nice view of the garden, and very quiet. We could hear a few folks coming in later on but just fotatepa going past. Breakfast was fab, best omelette I’ve had for ages!

  Unfortunately not doing food in the evening but so much close by wasn’t an issue. On first site maybe looked a wee bit tired in places but the friendliness of staff and cleanliness more than made up for that.

  Great central location with lovely view of the cathedral and easy access to everything. Very quiet location - no road noise or nighttime noise so good sleep assured! Really good value for money, basic and comfortable with everything you need.

  The location is amazing, bed was comfortable. Liked that clean towels were provided and coffee and biscuits too, good hot shower, quiet too.

  Sadly we were unaware that we had to contact the owner to gain access to the property and our room instead of there being a reception. Just found that a little unfriendly and unwelcoming. Luckily we weren't stood outside for too long. The mugs next to the kettle had some water in the bottom and the soap in the bathroom had run out completely.
