The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Its only 1 thing that bothered us that We would have liked if possible to have some blinds so we could have privacy in room from neighbouring house, we just kept curtains closed what we never do Normally, at home,, otherwise all was fantastic 😀

The location of the property. Plenty of parking for cars. Lovely room. The hosts Jo and Richard made me feel very welcomed as it was my first solo trip to a b&b.

I did not like the fact that hotel guests had to pay £20 stg a night to park at the hotel. I have never had to pay before to stay at any hotel in the world I have been a guest of. The cost to park across the road in the shopping centre car park was cheaper. The hotel emphasis appears to be on maximising revenue from their guests with clever marketing ploys such as a voucher offering at reception, offering a 2 course meal for £22 in the restaurant. What they neglected to tell you is that this voucher excluded the daily special menu and the ENTIRE grill section on the menu. When it was pointed out that the prices on the daily specials were the same as some of the limited items on the menu they relented and we were allowed to order from the special menu as well. Having a conversation of this nature before ordering a meal is hugely detrimental to the pleasure of dining out. Ironically buying the voucher only saved me about £2. I hope the management read this review and rethink the folly of using this dubious and misleading process of channelling customers into their restaurant.

Given a room at the ver top which smelt mouldy with paint and dirt in the carpet. Moved to another room which had ants crawling all over the table top, kettle and cups with saucer. The fire alarm went off 7 in the afternoon and 7 in the morning with no explanation or direction . There were 2 male members of staff who pushed open the room door unannounced while we were half clothed with no apologies until I went to complain at reception as I was totally shocked at the invasion of privacy. I would not recommend!!
