The property was clean. The water in the shower was lovely and hot which is always nice when you’ve been travelling and it was very close to the amenities which is very good as well.

Close enough to the city to walk most places, plus close to bus for city centre and bus an train stations. Good bathroom. No plug sockets near the bed for your phones.

Wooden head and foot boards on the bed meant that I was too long for the bed (I'm only 6 foot 1 inch), which really affected my sleep. Staff not contactable after 10:30 pm.

Room 313 was located above the kitchen area (alleyway) with refuse/ bottle skips being moved around early am. We travelled as a family of two adults and two children (3yrs and 7yrs) and the room was far too small to accommodate a double and sofa bed. Only the one small lift which causes some problems. Bar available however it only served one draft beer at the time of our visit.

No clear or obvious instructions to get into the property which resulting in waiting outside for about 15 minutes. Wasn’t very clean, as if someone lives there part time, felt very expensive for what we actually got

The room was very small and the walls had some stains on them. Bathroom was unclean. Tiles had water damage and so were slightly lifting. The hot water was not working correctly. We were told to leave the hot tap running for a while to get some. We did this but the hot water in the shower went cold after a few minutes. No window or extractor fan in bathroom . Shower was mouldy.
