Room was good and quite (was not adjacent to nearby A road), bed in particular was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good (full English), loads of parking available, pub had a friendly atmosphere. For me, the location was ideal as I was visiting Yate just down the road. I'd certainly book again if visiting the area.

The experience was a bit like visiting an old friend who's house had seen better days. Nothing specific, just looked a tad tired and worn. Not enough to stop me revisiting though.

We previously stayed there before and that's why we stayed there this time. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed due to no cooked breakfast, restraunt wasn't open and neither was the bar. The hotel, rooms and staff were very good. We would stay again if the items above are resolved.

The shower was small and slippery. I slipped and fell quite hard as I stepped into it. The breakfast lacked choice amd was, to me, expensive for what we got. The service in the bar was lacklustre.

The Cleaner tried my door whilst I was getting out of the shower, luckily I had dropped the latch. she tried again an hour later. There seems to be no houskeeping system. One of the drawers in the room had medication from a previous guest. so drawers are not cleaned between guests. generaly very poor
