We have stayed at this B&B before and it doesn’t disappoint! Such a friendly host, he was very helpful and made our stay so much easier with our 5 month old! Amazing location, yummy breakfast and rooms are clean, with great facilities included like fan, iron/ironing board, kettle to make tea/coffee, mini fridge! Would stay here again and highly recommend

Fabulous, location. Next to Harvey Nics. Very clean hotel and on the whole friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast, everything you could ever wish for. Bag storage available after check out.

Room was very warm. Unable to open a window and the air con unit was very noisy. Our mattress was too firm and therefore a little uncomfortable, but then everyone is different and this may not be a problem for others.

We stayed for 4 nights. Much noise/door slamming from other guests. Room (cozy double) was very small with inadequate hanging/storage for our clothes. Breakfast was just ok- lovely staff but very poorly managed each of our 4 days they ran out of something: Coffee, coffee mugs, brown bread, cutlery, bowls, plates, jam, butter etc Much of this stems from poor stock control/ lack of staff/ forward planning- poor- many complaining! Dinner at the White Hart looked good on their website- however when we got there the 2 main fishes I would have eaten had been pulled 2 weeks prior(ie duck and fish pie). Instead I chose the vegetarian option which was bland, boring and unimaginative. What a shame! Go to the award winning Cott Inn up the road instead- delightful and infinitely preferable!

We were given a room with a broken window. We didn't notice when we checked in because we left to go out as soon as we dropped of our bags. We arrived back at 30 mins after midnight got undressed and got in bed as it was late. Then the noise was terrible. Yoy could hear sirens and motorcycles and the sound d of the DLR screeching round the track. In the morning there was building works at a hotel opposite. The hotel must have k own there was a problem with the room. They should not have let it until it was fixed. When i went to front desk to complain in the morning they wouldn't deal with the situation just said you had to complain in writing. They know because the put the heating on full in the room. And the fixings that had been used to hold the window closed had come off. One was still lying on the windowsill see the photos.
