When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

This is an exceptional facility for the remoteness of its location. It is very well run with very friendly staff, and good restaurant and a very cozy lounge over looking the Hebridean islands. Although a little expensive, given the unique experience and location at the top end of the Isle of Skye, worth it and some where we would look forward to staying at again.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management. They gladly and willingly attended, no matter how small or large my request might have been.

breakfast if bought on site is expensive for what it is, and the sofas in the restaurant/breakfast room are uncomfortable. there’s not much room in the breakfast room to get out to get your food from the buffet. No plug to charge your devices/mobile next to the bed. strange (and bright) lights in the room, it’s hight in the ceiling right above the bed, no small reading/bed side light . Not easy to get out of the bath tub/shower

Location- near St Peter's Square and China Town, plus very close to the shopping centre-, was excellent

Room was not serviced for some reason. Had to chase up.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and staff welcoming the minute you walked in the door.

The food was very good but £16 for a glass of Sauvignon blanc is outrageous. I’d bring my own and drink it in the room next time.

Good location for St. Pancras International Station.

No lift. Climbing 6 or 7 flights of narrow stairs with 3 cases was a bit of a task.
