clean room. very helpful and friendly staff. good breakfast. food and snacks available until late at night. car park was a bonus. hotel was close to Albert Dock and city centre, so very convenient. We didn't need to use the car at all during our stay - could walk to wherever we wanted to visit.

Very engaging and helpful staff. Excellent atmosphere in the bar, where we chose to have all our evening meals because of the quality. Our dog was very welcome. Breakfast as expected and on time, with a comprehensive choice.

Black bedding and questionable mattresses Looked nothing like the pictures First room covered in what looked like cat hair Second room was fine but the neighbours in this property were either ridiculously loud or the walls were painfully thin. I felt like I was a part of their carnal knowledge adventure. *not the hotels fault but really didn't want to hear the full session* The residents kept leaving the front door and gates unlocked, I must have locked it twice! The bathroom wasn't the cleanest and I did have to clean before I used it. There was a lot of questionable things in the bath. My morning tea was black as the milk was stale 🤦🏻♀️

It has a nice feel about the place. Although could do with a paint and clean up.

The lift was out of service and had to stay down in the basement. The stairs to which were very unpleasant. Very steep and exceptionally narrow. The stairs and entrance need work.

My wife and I both have replacement joints. We are generally OK but would be more confident with grab rails in the shower. Note that the towel rail in the shower room needs bleeding.
