Breakfast was excellent with good quality food. The grounds are stunning with access to walk around. There are plenty of lounge area to relax. Check in was easy, welcoming and well organised. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience with an excellent wine list. We travel around the country on weekend breaks and this hotel is excellent value for money, in a beautiful place. Highly recommend and we will defiantly return. We booked a room to take our dog and it was the best dog room we have ever stayed in.

Wonderful staff. We couldn’t get to the hotel due to road works a lovey gent from concierge came out got in the car with us and guided us round helped us park and carried our bags from the car park checked us in and gave us complimentary breakfast due to the hassle from the road works…. You don’t get service like that anywhere!! I would 10000% recommend this hotel it’s lovely it’s so clean and beautifully decorated the staff lovely breakfast lovely all really nice and perfect location

The apartment was very clean, and all essential was there. Location was perfect! Not even 10 min from centre. From the apartment we had beautiful view on the sea! The owners was really helpful:) if you need there is an option to book their car park with nice price. Really recommend this place !!!

Very well thought through accommodation in a surprisingly private location given that it is at the end of the owners' garden. Excellent bed, shower and range of kitchenette equipment, although not strictly a full self catering apartment

Nothing, but it would be tricky for a couple to have a meal indoors in poor weather. Plenty of outside space though and the town is only 10 minutes drive away with pubs even closer.

Lovely little room for one. I had the best night sleep. No noise. The bed was so comfy so felt refreshed for my journey to Uist the next day. Very clean and so close to the ferry. I will come again

It is close to the tube station and about a 10 minute walk to Camden Market. The facilities are new and clean. There is a microwave and kettle in the lounge area I would have liked a toaster.

There is no staff in the facilities. It is all self check in. I was promised a lower bunk and was not given it when I enquired I was told it wasn't possible to change until the next day. I asked her to make it happen as she had promised me and I had a sore knee. This becomes a message service via what's app she will not come to the property. She then aksed me to check keys in the box move mattress from top bunk to lower bunk to ask other guests to change beds after nearly two hours of these random suggestions she managed to sort it out. It's unprofessional and took nearly two hours and when I tried to call her she will not take a call. Only text message. Other guests had different problems one girl arrived to dirty linen it had not been changed. Again text message and eventually she arrived and left her some sheets and the guest had or change them herself. Another girl arrived and didn't have a bunk allocated. Totally disorganised and the fact Noone is there doesn't help. This accommodation is above the train station you can hear and feel the vibration of the trains it's nosy bring earplugs.

Check in was at 3pm and we arrived after 5pm. I appreciate that the hotel was busy however, our room was not ready. The receptionist offered us a free drink whilst we waited and said she would come find us. We waited until around 6.15 as no one had come to find us and the keys were ready for us. Avon arrival to our room, it was open and there was still a staff member cleaning. Our room was over 3.5 hours late at this point. Despite the staff being friendly and helpful, it made us late going for a booking. Rooms need updating and could be useful to have a small fridge.

I felt it could have been a little cleaner - it wasn’t dirty as such, just a few dusty bits and a set of fake eyelashes from the previous guest were left.
