  Good standard of catering. lunch service and quality of food excellent. Given that the hotel is so new and the number of guests low, breakfast service was good with attentive staff and a good range of dishes available. Staff were very helpful and the spa facilities a great feature. Rooms are very spacious with great access and wide corridors. location is ideal for visitors travelling by car. It is a short walk away from the town itself.

  it feels a bit nitpicking for a hotel so new and still going through 'snagging' but some observations are: TV in the room was not connected to the web and so on-demand and casting was not available to guests - this should have been properly communicated, having said that the facilities are well specified and state of the art. Roadside rooms can be a little noisy as the hotel is close to the A30 . The on-site EV charging did not work properly and the labelling of the charge points incomplete. EV charging is a great feature to have on-site but such a shame that with a brand new build an easy way to connect was not possible. At the very least one would expect contactless payments to be enabled. Not a critisism of the hotel as the staff were equally frustrated by the poor inplementation. The Monta on-line support was useless and a sad refection of some aspects of the country's EV charging network. Suggest the hotel management look at an alternative contractor if the problems continue.

  A delightful quirky cottage. It took me back to my 1970's childhood...or mid century modern as a younger person might say. !!.. Kitchen well equipped. Modern TV..with instructions...a first. And lots of useful information about the area. It felt like a family home. The owners left us milk and Welsh cakes.

  We are used to a king sized bed, so found the standard double difficult to sleep in. There was no hairdryer. It would have been helpful to have salt and pepper provided.

  Absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Everything we needed was there and more. Even down to the small details it was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and my little boy loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The couch was so comfortable also. Couldn’t complain about anything.

  The staff that I engaged with were fantastic. Great rooms and really good breakfast. Location was brilliant for central Bristol and JUST misses the ULEZ zone if you're careful.

  I found a bed bug on my pillow the last day of our our stay at this hotel and I had bug bites on my chest. The accommodation was first class until this incident, I reported it to the receptionist at the front desk she took a picture of the bug as I had squished it in a tissue and she said she would tell her manager, I never heard from the manager. I was appalled when this happened to us, we came from Canada to visit family in Corby and everything was green until we experienced this
