  Although it was a foggy, wet day, we liked the location. The breakfast was adequate. The evening meal was very good. Value for money for meal was good.

  I was disappointed that despite asking (2 or 3 times by email and phone) for a special table to be reserved to celebrate a 70th birthday we were told that "the message hadn't got through". We were also told that they had over 30 people from a coach load to serve so we might have to wait a bit! I tried to be understanding but I felt 2nd class....surely everyone is equally important.

  Lovely new property in a very good location for us, very convenient and fairly close to the airport.

  The food in the restaurant was below average. Hot chips (fries) came out and were inedible, the salad that came with my burger seemed to be at least a few days old with the lettuce badly wilted and tasting almost ‘wrong’. The lettuce on the burger was the same. The chicken kebab for entree was quite nice. My daughter’s steak (ribeye) was okay, but not excellent. Was a shame because the wait staff seem to try very hard to accomodate and they are friendly and fairly attentive - a lovely surprise.
