Chris and Ann were wonderful hosts, extremely helpful, friendly and oblidging and made my wife Faye and I feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bed, bedroom and ensuite were excellent. They do not provide breakfasts but supply tea, coffee ,snacks and fruit etc. The "Thames Head Wharf" is a extremely well preserved historic building built in the 1790s at the source of the Thames River. and is set in beautiful rolling countryside. Chris was only too happy to share with us the history of both the building and surrounding area. The "Thames Head Inn" is only a couple of minutes along the road and provides a very good range of food. "Thank you Chris and Ann it was a privilege share your company and wonderful home.

The accommodation was very clean, spacious, and had everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The location was great and easy walking distance to most places. The hosts were quick to respond to queries and the private lockup garage was an excellent addition especially when having a hire car. The apartment was nice and secure and quiet. Thank you

The downstairs shower was not very hot which wasn't a problem since we used the one upstairs. The heating downstairs was almost non-existent.

Great location, very quiet no traffic noise. Excellent clean rooms. Self catering is great option. Have now stayed here twice wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Bistro is excellent value and food was delicious. All staff were very attentive and friendly.

- Good location in a lively area, and close to an underground station and multiple bus stops. - Quite and comfortable. - Nice exterior and interior design. - Spa and pool facilities were nice.

- House keeping was not consistent, some days the cleaning was not comprehensive. - Breakfast was the same every single day with little variety and mediocre quality. - Overpriced for the quality provided, was expecting a far more luxurious experience, but maybe that's just London prices!
