  Shower had good pressure. Lake District lovely, Caravan park 'Welcome' was very very disappointing. I had to pay a high premium to Cottages com to take my Dog, and was told she was not welcome on the caravan park.. I was told three times I could not walk my dog, who was kept on a lead, not allowed to go on the grass or on other caravan plots.. Even when I walked her out of the park, I was repeatedly told not too.. However, other owners walked thier dogs, and soiled property plots and grass areas.. A rule for one and not for others..

  Beds are uncomfortable, very poor mattress, chairs are uncomfortable, bed settee cussions thin, Internet is poor/flakey, due to overhanging tree caravan filled with gnats and bugs, toilet in ensuing very small and clogged up. Caravan park 'Welcome' was very very disappointing. I had to pay a high premium to Cottages.com to take my Dog, I explained in great detail, her breed and how we would walk and control her, and was told she was not welcome on the caravan park..   Location is obvious perk. Very close and comfy, easy access. Friendly staff on check-in and easy checkout as well. You just drop the key at reception desk and off you go. Clean and quiet room, so closeness to busy buzzing airport is no issue.
