The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Very reasonable walking distance to Murrayfield + city and short taxi drive, very friendly staff and lovely cafe area where I spent a couple of hours after check out time to chill with a nice machine coffee, comfortable bed and pillow, well furnished inside with cool artwork everywhere, EXCEPTIONALLY reasonably priced compared to the other options on Taylor weekend who exploited people and especially when I had left it so late personally to find somewhere.

A bit more ventilation would've been good, our room became like a sauna (but granted it was a hot couple of days) Shower was fine but didn't really get very cold as I would've liked and made an awful noise that I was worried would wake my fellow guests. Be mindful when getting up from your bed as very likely to hit your head!

We had a very good dinner in the Raglan Hotel and the breakfast was also very good. Parking outside the door was safe and very accessible. A One night stop off in Raglan Hotel on the way to Cornwall was ideal, in a beautiful quiet location. And value for money. Visited Raglan Castle before we headed off and enjoyed that too

There was no hot water in our room on arrival or on departure which was very disappointing.

Our second stay here. Great location to get around the island and NWWales. Nice and spacious, mainly on one level for accessibility, improved access from the car to the front door and just a lovely, value for money place to stay

Nothing really

The hotel from the outside was very dated but inside was lovely. They seemed to cater for everything with some exceptions.

Couldn't go out to the park with our baby and sit there as it wasnt accessible with a buggy. Food was very expensive and not exceptional for the money we paid. We didn't have breakfast as it was £25 per adult for a cooked breakfast which was just ridiculous in my opinion.

We liked how we could walk to the beach and restaurants
Negative section of review
We had a lot of trouble parking in the car park. The dirty nappies, broken glass and other things in the walkway. The neighbours smoking weed out the front of their property. The weeds growing on the front step. The oven not working (I know an air fryer was provided but not convenient). We didn't like walking to third floor to watch tv with a 1 year old. It would've been much better in the living room. We found a mouse trap under the radiator.

Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

Felt the price was very high for bed only, no breakfast included.
