Really well stocked kitchen! Towels were soft and quite big which was nice. The bed was extremely comfy and the pillows were so lovely to sleep on. Place was exceptionally clean and had ample amount of space for myself (solo traveller) but I think this still would have been super comfortable for 2 people though the bed is only a double (not a queen). Communication between the host was quick and easy and the apartment is in a really great location and on a mostly quiet street despite being so close to Marylebone road.

The bell at st Mary’s chimes at least once an hour from 8am to 10pm, sometimes at random times during the hour and it’s quite loud. Fine during the day or if you’re not home but was annoying when trying to get some sleep before an early flight. Equally as annoying was the neighbour’s sensor light which came on each time someone walked past of a night time. As there is no blind on the front door to the apartment, this bright light woke me up several times during the night. No hand soap provided in the bathroom or kitchen.

Room was a very good size. Staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Good location and the breakfast was also very good. Easy parking and the views are a great bonus.

Just feel like they could do with a good handyman and decorator in the give the place a nice refresh. Although the room was clean, the bathroom did have some mould and a couple of the disabled handles were getting a bit rusty. Room was painted in a very dark red, which I had no problem with. It's just the lighting wasn't the best, so it was a little bit of a challenge making a morning tea as the tea area had no natural daylight.

We had a lovely two night stay at the dozy deer. The rooms were perfectly adequate and we will definitely return! Thank you Beth you have a beautiful place.

Our experince was not plesant from the first min we checked in. Room offered was a little run down. Ripped net curtains, windows painted shut, also a lick of paint ( im in the trade, wouldnt have gone a miss. ) But the main issue was on arriving at the room, the room opposite was occupied by drug users who were smoking joints in their room. How staff never smelt the drugs is beyond me. Turns out drug users had been there for a few days prior to us arriving. The whole corridor stunk. Staff wanted us to stay in that room opposite theres. Saying they were going to air the room. How? Windows would not open. Eventually they kicked the drug usees out, who were still smoking drugs when they knocked on their door after we complained. Ok eventually they moved us to to another room. This room was slightly better, but had same issues , painted windows shut and ripped, very old net curtains. That was the plus. Ok not all staffs fault. But the smell should have attracted staffs attention straight away. Well before we arrived. Why didnt the smoke alarms within their room or in the corridior not go off due to them smoking??? A little worrying, dont you think?

Beautiful cute/compact hut in a stunning back to nature location.

If I had one complaint it would be that the bed is a little on the small side. Me and my partner are just under over 6ft and it was a little snug but comfortable nonetheless.
