The staff were excellent. I had emailed them in advance to tell them we was travelling for my partners birthday and they surprised him to balloons a card and some chocolate 😊. The room itself was comfortable and the balcony was amazing! Location was great as central and very close to a tube station. Thank you again to the staff for a lovely stay ❤️

Could not find anyone when we arrived despite pre arranging time. Had to get WiFi password from another guest as no information given on arrival. Nobody checked how our stay was going. Had to ask for clean towels and room to be cleaned after 8 days. Bathroom had unpleasant smell despite pouring bleach down drains.
