More access to the advertised swimming facility - this was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel but we did not get the information until after we booked that the swimming times available were very limited and did not fit with the other activities we were in the Cheltenham to do. No vegetarian/vegan breakfast items The room was a little small for 4 people

Our experience at this property was horrendous. The bunk bed had broken slats, ruining our plans for accommodating four guests. The management took no responsibility, which forced us to find alternative accommodation. The apartment itself was revolting. We found dirty bandaids on the blankets, and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was a lock missing on the front door, posing a massive safety risk. Additionally, essential appliances like the hair dryer and washing machine were absent, despite being advertised. The listing also conveniently omitted that the apartment is located on a sketchy street, right above a noisy nightclub. If you expect to get any sleep after a long day of travel, forget it. This place is an absolute nightmare. The owners have failed to acknowledge any of the above, refusing to refund our stay even with the safety conditions. So if you want to throw your hard earned money down the drain, this place is for you.
