We hadnt paid for breakfast but were offered 15 pounds per head if we decided to have breakfast. We decided next morning my wife ,my daughter of 12 and i to have breakfast .We went to the front desk of the room where breakfast was been served and waited to be seated .During the next ten minutes we were aproached by four different members of staff who asked us were we ok .Each time we explained we wanted to pay to have breakfast and each time we were told we will be with you shortly .Eventually another lady who we later found out to be in charge at the time came in behind the desk and we found her to be rude .She charged us 47 pounds .She eventually brought us to our table and plonked down all the cutlery and napkins in one pile .The table hadnt been cleaned from previous sitting . We had to ask a different girl to clean the table .We proceeded to the self service area where there was no bowls for cerial ,no plates or saucers or cups .Most tables were not cleared and we observed many complaints been made .Having said all that the food was excelant so maybe just a bad day .
