The accommodation was very well decorated, chic but with a homily feel. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was roomy, and sofas were very comfy. The location was great, surprisingly quiet too. Will definitely look at booking again.

Unfortunately, the apartment we had wasn't the apartment that is shown on the photos. Although where we stayed was very nice, we were slightly disappointed at first. Only having 1 bathroom between 6 of us was a little testy at times. I don't know what the plumbing situation is, but if possible, a toilet and basin in the under stairs cupboard would be an asset. The hinges on the bathroom door could also do with some attention.

Rung numbers to obtain pin for an hr, no answer second number incorrect. Waited ages and left after calling main numbers on site too. We had left and then we had call and returned very frustrated as we had a party at grand station and I am gone mom of the groom very disappointing

Hotel and room were presented very well. We were upgraded to a Superior Double room which was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were all very pleasant both before we arrived and during our stay and worked hard to accommodate our extra requests.

The breakfast arrangements seemed a little disorganized, and we waited quite a while to have our order taken, perhaps not enough staff ? However when we got our breakfasts the food was of good quality and tasted great.

Good room, good space, lovely flat screen tv. Good bathroom and shower. Nice bed. As a coeliac, they offered a good GF breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A few minor problems in the room. Long mirror smashed in bottom corner. No plug in sink, one toilet roll holder loose. Bathroom pedal bin broken. Socket cover by bed missing/not working

The hotel is in a great location for walking the beach and exploring the town and the view of the sea from the room was lovely.

We told the hotel that we were coming on our honeymoon in all our messages to the hotel prior to arriving. Despite this no one congratulated us or noted this. We didn’t expect anything special but just a “congratulations” or some acknowledgment would have been nice. I brought up the wedding in conversation with one of the people working the desk and was met with a look of confusion. As a same-sex couple it was hard not to wonder if we’d have received a more enthusiastic welcome if we were a recently married heterosexual couple. If you’re an LGBTQ+ couple I’d consider a different hotel.
