  Breakfast was OK. Arrived very early plane into Southampton arrives 8am . Ask if possible to get early check in. No room available until 1 pm. Surely this is not a fact A. Hotel would not have been full. B. Early check outs rooms would have been available from 10 am at latest. C. Family members have worked in your hotel chain so know this is true. When you have been up all night sitting around reception for 5hours is NOT FUN

  Room clean, good facilities, bottles of water, hot drinks etc were much appreciated, bed comfortable. Would stay again.

  Breakfast wasn't very warm, needed to be hotter for my liking. The toilet in my room seemed to run water during the night as though it needed to release some water every so often? Seagulls kept me awake most of the night but that's not the hotel's problem.

  A young couple had reserved a room to use after a wedding reception, It was early hours in the morning. They were given the number code to the gate but could not find their room. I tried to help by giving them the contact number given in the information pack for our room. They tried to phone and had to leave a message. But it was about 2 in the morning and so had to find somewhere to sleep. They left in the end. I felt for them. I would not go to Bridge view if I needed a late check in.
