We also had great breakfasts here, would recommend the banana pancakes! This place truly is a gem and it was the highlight of our trip, so peaceful and serene. The pool was pristine, and there was a lovely area with sun beds, perfect for relaxing afternoons. Our room was spacious and equipped with a powerful air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable stay even in the heat.   Where to start. Firstly communication with Tony was first rate! He went out of his way to assure our arrival, room and parking permits were all in order. On arrival Tony made us feel welcome and introduced us to our room. He then gave us lots of local advise - where to dine and where to have breakfast (Egg and Spoon - highly recommend) also what events were on over the weekend/bank holiday. We were in Room 3, OMG what an amazing room! The kids enjoyed the freedom of the bunkbeds and we all loved the numerous vintage posters and artifacts around the room. Even though this was only a short stay, Snooze left such a huge impression on us all. We can't wait to go back!

  My daughter and I were at a concert at the Arena and it was only a 6 minute walk away so it suited us very well. The apartment was very clean and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was very comfortable. A short walk takes you into the town centre.

  It was clean with all new fixtures and fittings, very clean and well presented. Communication we the owners was clear for gaining access to the property.

  We were on the 3rd floor with no lift and very steep and long stairs, plus the bedroom and ensuite were in a loft with extremely steep, high, narrow and winding stairs. Although the property had all new fittings and fixtures the level of finish was appalling and very unprofessional for the price we paid. I reported a noise issue to the owners which they addressed quite quickly, however we were subjected to adherent music from the unit next door well after midnight and it started up again at 0900hrs; which was totally unacceptable and against the property’s written and stated rules. The area around the property was filthy, unkept and very off putting. It was not an area I would ever choose to stay; but as we had to pay in advance we had no choice. No dish washing detergent and only 1 roll of toilet paper 🙃

  The location was good for the purpose of our trip. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food, other than the puddings was excellent.

  Public areas seem to have all been recently decorated. The decoration of our room (8) was tired. Bathroom walls were stained and the bath was cracked and flaking around the plughole.

  We have stayed several times and know most of the staff, however we haven't stayed for a couple of years and I have to say the hotel is looking tired and although the breakfast was nice the choice has deteriorated, rooms require a bit of care and attention.
