Close to the airport and town centre, helpful staff I couldn't access my phone for the codes to get in the person who answered the ring door bell was really helpful. I also thought I'd left items behind, the person I messaged sent me a photo of the item the cleaner found. The bed was comfortable, great modern apartment hotel, nice room, lovely shared kitchen and dining room space. Enjoyed our stay 😃

The place was ok.. I didn't try the restaurant so I can't say. The room could do with s massive revamp. The keep on the door was very loose indeed, so loose the door would not lock,and couldn't be repaired by the staff. So I was moved to another room whe the keep wasn't much better. Apart from that all was OK

Breakfast was continental but plenty of it and fresh produce. Dinner was very good and we had a relaxing stay and would recommend to friends. Great to note this is still a "Free House" and not in the grips of a pub group monopoly. The enthusiasm of the staff and the standard of food and beverages reflect this.

Some staff don’t pay attention to detail when checking in and with drinks orders. Felt like a second class citizen while they spoke fondly with some guests and ignored me on several occasions. Had the same experience here several years ago which reminded me why I did not return for a long time.

The two chairs in our room were only fit for the tip, I asked them to be changed and they were Breakfast basic, choice of white or brown sliced loaves only, no croissants or Danish, no fresh fruit, help yourselves only Dinner, only two courses available, no starters which was disappointing, dinner available Mon to Sat only
