Accommodation was cosy and comfortable, and cleaned to a high standard. Staff were very friendly. Caravan had all the essential utensils etc. and overall we had a pleasant stay. Swimming pool is of a good standard and is open for 6 - 7 hours per day (we stayed in June). Would have liked an early or later swim, but that seems to be reserved for van owners. Good bar serving a wide selection of drinks, and some reasonable food. Quiet accommodation, apart from notes below.

No WiFi in the accommodation and no phone signal. I always filter by WiFi when booking and this place came up, but the only WiFi is in the bar. I have both Three and EE, and neither had a good enough signal. Asked staff what they use and were told Vodafone, so spent £40 on a data SIM only to find that doesn't work either. We spent one day relaxing at the park, and unfortunately there was a team digging out a trench right next to the van, so we had digger noise all day. We were out the following day, but the work had clearly continued. I appreciate this maintenance has to be done, but it seems a bit of an oversight to rent out the van right next to where it's happening. Website shows off the bar and food, but it was only open and serving food on one night of our stay. We arrived after a long drive and had to go straight back out to find a meal.

Great location for everything in Leeds, Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms clean and tidy, but what a bed, so comfy to sleep in.. Breakfast times a little disappointing on a Sunday but hey ho

Very Little. The bed was comfortable and we slept well after staying out of the apartment for the longest time we could!

It was small compared to what we were expecting. The Kitchen Area was unfit for purpose. No draining board only a hob next to it. Dangerous if you had to cook anything in the apartment. Disappointed that we were in the dingy basement instead of the sea view we were expecting.

Top floor flat which we hadn’t realised and the stairs with luggage were a killer. Low ceilings meant a lot of bending and head banging. We had trouble understanding the hot water system which meant our first day we had no hot water in the morning or when we came back late afternoon after a full days walk!! The owner responded quickly to our problem with a phone call however. Utensils and crockery etc just about adequate. The “Shower” is hand held connected to the bath tap which in turn means if there is no hot water there is no shower and it’s not really a shower anyway. And the seagulls screeching outside the window from 4am means that a comfortable mattress is immaterial to the good night sleep you might assume.

To be honest the fabric is tired the rusty radiator in shower room really lets it down. The water, milk and biscuits is a nice touch
