The property is perfectly placed for our overnight stay on the Dales way - the staff were so welcoming and keen to accommodate us - really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well equipped. The food was excellent and the breakfast was awesome!

The downstairs rooms were fine but you could hear the underground passing. I could get past this but there was also a lot of staff moving equipment quite late at night which affected sleep. Better sound proofing in those rooms would be great.

Nothing as such but there's some misunderstanding that keys of the house door are misplaced after my checkout. I had kept the keys in the key box while checkout but as per host, the keys are not there now. Hope they will find the keys

The room was absolutely filthy. I am going to take this further. Someone had used the toilet and didn't flush it. When I went in I felt sick. The toilet was horrible. My husband and I took several photos. I was afraid to sleep there that night as I was sure I would be unwell the next day. I have a serious heart condition and I was very nervous staying there. We looked around but couldn't find somewhere else to sat and as it was late and we were there for one night only, we went out and got other bedding to sleep on. I still feel sick having to remember as I write this. The back garden was filthy. I shall never used booking.com ever again!!!!!!!
