From the moment we arrived the staff could not have been more helpful… 7 in our group embarked on this gorgeous hotel after a 4 night music festival… had a stunning dinner with the best menu ever we could not decide !! Food was stunning, lamb shanks especially wow !!! Chloe looked after us and with such great character…. All staff so fantastic so thank you ! :) ♥️ Rooms are big and the bed 🛌 ooohhh ! Huge and comfy… will 200% be back this is a gem 💎

Location convenient to Hammersmith station and local eateries. Breakfast included. Adequate accommodation that was clean and tidy. Served our purposes for a short stay..

Noisy street...but no fault of hotel. Breakfast could be chaotic at times. Hard mattress. Stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases. Tight room in ensuite with toilet close to the wall.

Excellently presented with all amenities. Great location on the coast with the sea across the road. Excellent hiking along the coast just outside the door.

The hotel location was excellent and very welcoming and helpful staff. The bar at the hotel was open until 11pm and we had an enjoyable time at the bar.

Initially we were given a room with a very small window that made the room quite dark and uninviting. Fortunately after requesting a change staff accommodated us with a room that had bigger window. The bathroom wasn’t clean which was disappointing. The hotel itself was old and shows signs of wear. One major down side was breakfast at £10 per person pernight, the quality was very poor and certainly not worth the money.

We had high expectations of room with spa bath, own terrace, luxury facilities- these were not met. Breakfast staff really nice and engaging.

Checkin- we had to go find manager who took his time to attend and was not welcoming. Room looked nice but several maintenance and hygiene issues. Dreadful drain smell. We could say more negatives. We reported main issues but were told they could only be dealt with later by the manager who would come back to us - nothing heard as yet.

Overall restaurant service was excellent, but one night we ordered from bar menu and there was a long delay for food to arrive due to low staffing, though we were given a complimentary drink in recompense.
