The location is quiet with great views. Communication was excellent, Rod & Gail responded very quickly to any questions and very accommodating with earlier check in. The accommadtion was spotless and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and loved the extra touches in the bathroom.

The second bed was ok for our 13 year old but maybe not for an adult although for a night or 2 would be ok. That is the only thing as everything else was excellent.

The hosts were very welcoming was offered tea and cake when we arrived, the room was amazing , A beautiful themed room, spotlessly clean, everything was perfect, even the breakfast was outstanding and so much choice we will definitely stay again.

Everything at Rutlands was wonderful but the constant noise from the planes above us was unexpected. Difficult to sleep. This is not specific to Rutlands, as it applies to all areas of Windsor.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely carvery on the Sunday (and children ate free). Nice clean pool and gym area. Very close to Croyde beach and the village.

Only 1 person working on the bar in the evenings meant long waits. Pool/gym don’t open until 9am (a bit earlier would be nice, especially with young children who wake early). A bit slow to restock breakfast items on buffet breakfast (fruit and pastries particularly). Walk to the beach is over steep sand dunes - lovely if you’re physically able but not for pushchairs or anyone with difficulties.

Receptionist was friendly and check-in was quick. Hotel is right on the promenade. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was a dripping noise in the bathroom that wouldn't go away for a while. Not much of a view sadly (but I was on the other side of the hotel). Wifi could be better.

It had very steep & uneven stairs to the bedrooms. The staff definitely needed training. Apart from the receptionist/waitress, the others looked as though they'd rather be somewhere else.

It was very efficient, Approachable staff and great to have free parking.

Carpets were stained. Ice bucket with foul smelling cigarette end not cleared away but staff were very apologetic and dealt with this issue in a professional manner.
