  A beautiful property set in a stunning location. We were met by the owner Dave on our arrival, who was very affable. During our stay, we also got chance to meet the lovely Tayma and not forgetting the two dogs! Loved them all, it was a wonderful stay.

  I don't think Dave and Tayma have any control over how soft the water is! Ha ha. But it is the only thing to 'complain' about if you're asking!

  We did not have breakfast at the property. The location was very good. It was so approachable. The view from the window was mind blowing. We had booked sea facing room.

  Some of the doors between rooms slam quickly behind you as you walk through them, unless you are quick and ready to catch them and slow them down-they are quite solid. Despite having managed it many times, I was still caught offguard on several occasions and it became frustrating moving between rooms, esp bedrooms, through the hall to the lounge area. I don't know if the sound transfers to other flats/floors, but the noise and potential injury within the flat is there. Secondly, the kitchen is lovely, appliances new and clean, and it was great to have continental breakfast items available. To make the kitchen even more amazing, particularly for longer stays, there needs to be a few more appropriate utensils and cooking containers/pots. For example, you've provided a solid non-stick fry pan and saucepans, and paired them with metal egg slide and utensils-I didn't want to damage the pans and scratch them. Maybe/plastic options would make sense. A second tea towel would be amazing too. Thanks. Despite this, I'd still happily return.

  Stairs to bed extremely steep and narrow with very low ceiling. Very hot in room with little ventilation. Shower head needs replacing. Tiny sink in bathroom made it almost impossible to wash hands without getting water all over floor.

  Absolutely filthy, the room stank of damp and mould which wasn’t surprising because there was black mould in the shower and on the door frames. Hairs in shower, water kept going cold, carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. Even the remote control was filthy. Cobwebs and dust all over the place, dirty marks on the walls. What looked like blood on the wall in the corridor? ‘Double bed’ was two single beds pushed together. If it hadn’t been for the fact my daughter was so exited about having a few days away I would have walked straight out. I didn’t let her walk on the carpet without her shoes because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years and I could see bits in it. Toaster at breakfast was broken, kettle took 10 minutes to boil enough water for one cup of coffee. Honestly this place was absolutely dire and I can’t understand how they get away with charging premium prices, it’s a total rip off.
