Located in a beautiful little village surrounded by the awesome, rolling Welsh hills. The locals were super friendly and I had an absolute blast playing cards with them. The staff and owner were exceptional, they bent over backwards to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Having breakfast on a beautiful summer's morning with the doors open showing off the serene views of the breath-taking Welsh Hills in the background was something straight out of a brochure. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I loved the location, view and the styling of the room . I had a twin room which was comfortable and a good size. There was coffee/tea/ facilities and biscuits - which is always nice. A full veggie breakfast option too was also on offer with and a good real coffee and milk selection. Staff were very friendly and attentive and there was a lovely atmosphere in the charming Whistlestop Cafe below where the breakfast is served.

My stay at Hotel Indigo Exeter was flawless. The hotel's unique design, I was impressed by the stunning design, excellent amenities, and top-notch service made for an unforgettable visit. This is now my favorite hotel in Exeter, and I can't wait to return.

One aspect that may be worth noting is that Hotel Indigo Exeter does not have its own parking space due to its central location in the town center. As a result, guests may need to make alternative parking arrangements nearby, which could be seen as an opportunity to explore the surrounding area on foot.

The level of furnishing and equipment was first class. The only day it rained meant we spent a very relaxing day in the "cottage" (on 3 floors!) and were very comfortable and able to entertain ourselves with their TV/video, books and games.

Only very minor quibble was it was 3 floors, 30 steps, from the ground floor to the toilet!

Great location. Such a nice quiet area of the city. Parking was good value. £10. Lovely helpful Staff especially the Receptionist. Room was very nice, comfortable large bed and most everything you could want in there.

The Restaurant prices were very High. We had a very light lunch with one drink each and it came to £40+ also full English breakfast would be £17. It was the weekend but the restaurant was quite empty, I’d be inclined to reduce prices a bit to encourage guests to eat and drink there! Also I made a coffee in the room in the morning and the glass bottle of milk in the mini fridge was off (turned to jelly/string mass in my cup) had to throw the cofffee away .

Some stains on carpet. Could do with a clean. Room service wasn't available at times. Seemed short staffed at times and ran out of choices for food at bar.
