This is a hotel created from two adjoining Edwardian terrace houses on the seafront. It has been exceptionally well modernised with very good fittings. We had a room overlooking the sea and promenade. There was ample storage space with many drawers and a large clothes cupboard. A table service breakfast offered an extensive choice from a full Welsh breakfast to kippers and everything in between.

Because of the constraints of the original building the shower room was a shade small. It had been created within the space of the existing room and clearly a balance had to be struck between the size of the shower room and the resultant bedroom. It was adequate in size but extremely clean and well designed

It's a beautiful place to stay, very clean, loved the view of the lake. It's the best caravan I've stayed in. Plenty places to visit and eat.

Stay wasn't long enough.

Beautiful property, old style historic experience fitting to the history of the area. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern though so no compromises there.

The distance from the ferry was not a problem but maybe provide guidance for most efficient directions

Locationsnd views were lovely and the airy spaciousness of the lounge kitchen of the Lodge. Had good selection of crockery pots and cutlery.

Welcome pack could've been bit more stocked. Also, it was my mother's milestone birthday and we were told a bottle of bubbly 🍾 would be included which wasn't so thought that was a little poor. Also, the dynamics of master bedroom were not planned out well. There was a dressing room area but it compromised the space of the already small bedroom to the extent we were both sleeping in a small double bed with soft mattress! The en suite bathroom /shower again not well thought out with the shower very difficult to get in and out.Hooks to hang things on back of doors would also have been welcomed.

We booked this for the parking but we were charged £20 a night for this. I don't believe this was clear on the booking information.
