bed was nice and comfy and clean view wasn’t bad despite not looking at the towerwe were looking at a pretty boat dock, liked the option of having a bath or shower. there was a hairdryer in the room and perfect location to the tube station or nearby markets

parts underneath the sink were broken the tissue box attached to the wall was broken anytime you tried to pull out a tissue the whole thing would fall off. The wardrobe was beyond repair the doors didn’t meet or close properly as the hinge was broken. it looked around 50 years old, really disappointing we couldn’t close the doors while staying there, there was no where near enough hangers. the ironing board was old and tatty same as the wardrobe. JUST EW. the aircon in the room didn’t work either the buttons needed astronomical force to be pushed and even then nothing turned on. Also when we first arrived i forgot if breakfast was included and simply asked the staff and the man at the counter gave me the dirtiest look and gave me the most humiliating reply as if how dare i ask if breakfast was included!?!

We were at Hendon Studios from 17th to 20th. First impression, the building looked new however this feeling wa short lived 1st room - We were allocated room B03, this room had a gully (where all water flows) near the bed. Everytime a toliet is flushed or used we hear a loud water flowing noise. It also felt yuki Tried to get the room changed by calling all possible numbers, whatsapped every possible number with no response. Finally they answered to a mail but said no rooms vailable and will change rooms the next day. No information as how this would happen, who will coordinate etc Waited the next day nd finally got hold of the cleaning staff to change room around 1pm in the afternoon. We lost a whole half a day We also messaged booking.com, they responded after two days saying concerns have been raised to the Landlord and that we could also write a review. What a pathetic response. The soap and shampoo dispensers were not filled and had just a little to squeeze out 2nd room - We were allocated G03. We just dumped ours stuff in the room and went on our way. When we returned back the room had a strond bad smell, like urine. We sprayed all possible stuff we had, sanitizers - perfumed etc but the small didnt go away. We had to live with it the next two days. In addition the water in the bathroom was not draining. Has to shower and wait for awhile for the water to drain. The room was next to the main road and was a huge disturbance. Couldn't have a proper sleep The roller blind was broke and the small window facing the main road had the lock broken. Hot plate switching on but not working. Security:- The main door to the building had password access. However, we saw this door wide open a number of times with no security or supervision. Anyone could have just walked in and broken in to a room. A majorsecurity concern. Overall, a very poor experience. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
