Excellent check in with a very friendly trainee staff. The breakfast spread the next day was excellent with the staff working tirelessly to provide fresh food.

I tried to contact the host by phone, email and sms. No answer. Voice messages left without response. I need refund and compensation as my family, including a newborn, stayed overnight outdoors as we couldn't check in when we arrived.

False advertising Stated early check-in available prior to non refundable payment. Stated message request after payment I paid and requested early check-in to be told they did not do early check-in Then told me to contact booking.com for refund. I did this! No reply. Then I received a phone call from hotel to the night it was booked for asking if I was staying! I informed them of the above and they said they would refund me. 3 weeks later no refund and no response from booking.com Then I received an email confirmation stating my original booking had to been rearranged for tonight! (12/06/24) !!! I now know my details have to been at risk for fraud! I called the hotel which confirmed I was not booked in for tonight I've messaged booking.com yet again with concerns about my bank details email etc been used via their website and NO RESPONSE YET AGAIN!
