The location is great its Centrum. Next to Victoria Train, Big Ben, London eye Westminster Abbey. Neighbourhood nice and good place to start visiting the city. We had a private shower and toulet in the room, the bed was comfortable. If you are not looking for luxury and you are coming to London and want to only sleep somewehere then IT Will meet your expectation.

Better don't forget ear plugs,windows from my room was outside the trailes and noise was very annoing whole night.

Beautiful, quirky decor. Very comfy bed. Lovely velvet wing chair to rest in. Big window and a tiny balcony for lots of fresh air. Staff were polite and pleasant. Very easy walk to where we needed to be (each going in a different direction). Garden by the river was lovely to sit in with drinks in the evening.

I was certain I’d booked package inclusive of breakfast and parking. But on arrival we were told these were not included. Parking £50 for a 2 night stay. I found breakfast v disappointing and chaotic. Staff didn’t have us on the list; buffet layout disorganised, streaky bacon not lean back bacon. Table not cleared properly from previous guest or laid properly for us. One table obscuring fire exit. No hand towels on first night. Didn’t like to ask in case it was environmental policy. But we got them the next day. Vacuum cleaners left in corridors overnight. Trip hazards, especially if there was an emergency.

10/10 stay. Right next to the tube station which access to Central London only takes ~20mins. Very spacious and comfortable with a nice TV screen and amps. Everything is new and clean. Plenty of stores and restaurants around. Best bargain.

Only one set of keys was available so we had to coordinate our returning time if we travel separately. Tissues and washing machine capsules short of supply.

Beautiful view and location right on the loch side, Excellent breakfast and staff were very pleasant.

The property is looking a little tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. There was no soap/shower gel in our bathroom. The older building meant that sound travelled and creaking floorboards meant that you could hear people walking around above. This property has so much potential being in such a beautiful location with good food.

The toilet was blocked in our room on arrival. The bed had springs sticking out and was very uncomfortable. There were holes in the carpet. There were building works happening at the hotel. The pillows were stained yellow inside the pillowcase and just generally felt unclean.

I am not expecting much, no extra furniture in the room or anything. As a regular traveller I only want a clean bed. Unfortunately, the bed was full of hair and major stains. Keeping the beds clean should not be too difficult to achieve.
