  The Woodzz Guest House is in a great central position for exploring Whitby: just a few minutes' walk from the town and harbour. My single room was comfortable and clean and had all I needed for a nice couple of nights in Whitby. Kerry and Jason were very welcoming and friendly and I'd highly recommend it.

  First off, there was NO Breakfast (It's a B&B, So a B without the other B), not advertised or stated anywhere that there is/was no Breakfast, should be refunded the difference for the breakfast, paid for something they didn't offer. 5 Star food rating in the front window (But don't offer Food). No Remote for the TV. 1 Plug Socket for the entire room. You could either turn on the telly (Couldnt use), or plug in an extension lead to power the kettle and mobile phones. Health and Safety issue: Extension Lead cable ran across the floor across doorway to bathroom. Chunk of glass missing from window (Bottom Right corner) Cracked Window. Window does not stay open Shower constantly dripped all night. Pillows thinner than a pancake. Very loud drain pipes from room upstairs.

  The constant noise of the water tank above our room was ongoing throughout our stay unable to sleep through the night every time someone used a tap the tank would fill and wake us up we do have video of the noise it's horrendous room 128 was our room

  The plug next to bed didn’t work, the drawer front fell off, the WiFi was so bad couldn’t connect, windows didn’t close properly and a speaker playing music till after midnight, the hairdryer was missing its plug, mould in bathroom and tried to charge me for a meal I didn’t get. Won’t be going back.
