Staycay staff's response to my requests was always prompt and helpful. Fortunately I was offered a £45 refund for the cleaning that was not done. Fortunately I was offered a refund of £45 for the cleaning that was not done before my arrival.

The floor was dirty, there were remains of biscuits on the floor., it had not been vacuumed or mopped, the fridge and the extractor fan were dirty and full of grease. Frying pans and utensils should be replaced.(photo attached).The hangers were made of very basic plastic, were insufficient and broken.The company that owns these flats should read my comments and have a quality control. The building faces a roundabout with a lot of traffic. Impossible to sleep with the window open.

For anyone getting here by car, this is a great value place to stay for a few days and explore Cornwall. It is conveniently located, the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals, and the beach that's accessible from the resort is stunning

The room was too small for it to be self catering not enough room to swing a cat in. The room was freezing due to the wind howling through the so called patio, it was the size of a postage stamp and the draft were uncomfortable. We had to lie the other way in the bed or we would have no doubt caught colds
