Handy to Canary Wharf Tube/Elizabeth line with the most friendly and helpful reception team (thank you again Paul, Dhiovana & Olivia). Well designed rooms very clean with good air con & quirky lighting and a few other novel ideas making it a great place to stay. Swipe card access so very secure.

Check-in and check-out was easy, and the staff were friendly. There is indeed a *fridge* in the kitchen (I didn’t see it mentioned anywhere, so I contacted them through the chatbox to ask), in case you have medicine which must be kept cold.

It would have been nice to have some sort of bathmat in the bathroom- otherwise the floor quickly gets slippery when you get out of the shower, and I worried that my friend would slip and fall. Even a rubber mat would be fine, and would just need a spray of disinfectant in-between guests? The bed itself was not especially comfortable, but I was only there for one night.
