The room and facilities were excellent, the bed large and comfortable, the cleaning ladies were happy and accommodating. Breakfast and Dinner taken seated in the Bistro Restaurant with the wonderful views over Chesil Beach and the town was outstanding. The food was plentiful and varied. Many thanks to the waiting staff and the chefs for being helpful and looking after us though-out the week. There were also adequate disabled facilities.

The hotel itself is well presented and has lovely decor. The staff at breakfast was fantastic and could do enough to help us. Beds were comfy, and the room it's self was clean. Curtains were fantastic at blocking out the light.

There were a few things throughout the stay. When we checked in their was dirty linen and pots and plates outside the rooms , and still there after 10pm checked in around 4pm. On checking in there was a few of us on separate bookings but they had messed a family members booking and tried to say they had given me there room we was not on the same booking I had done it separately they did not change there room only added a bed and a family room was booked but gave them a double. There was a communication issue theme in our stay. A similar thing happened for a party that stayed they paid for earlier checked in and this was not ready for them.

I came in late and wanted to have a proper meal. There was a 24h menu but none of the mains were available, just pizza. When i wanted to make the order during check in to speed up the process the senior sir, got quite grumpy and told me to go to my room and order from there. Luckily there was Pakistani restaurant around the corner to get some proper food however no working atm's to withdraw with mastercard.
