Corridors a bit dark - also, I really need some fresh air in the bedroom and I couldn’t open any window. However accept this is a personal thing.

Easy to find, room good with good facilities. Staff attentive and very helpful - both at reception & in restaurant. Food was good too.

Parking is more complicated than it needs to be. I downloaded the app, but I saw lots of people struggling to pay for their parking at the machines. Out-sourcing parking is not great for guests. Other hotels do not charge for parking. I was not able to walk to the venue I was at due to the lack of pavements/ paths for pedestrians. The area is set up for traffic with little consideration for the environment & the possibility that people might want to walk. This is not a hotel problem, but an area planning problem. I was very disappointed about this.

Don’t get a room near the lifts / elevators. It’s a converted office Block therefore the sound can travel of the elevators going up and down.

WiFi was spotty and kept dropping. Banging of the doors was annoying when wanting a lay in. Top of beds, lamps, and mirrors need a wipe down from time to time.

No dining table. We were there for ten days. Eating standing up! Bedding was more suited for an arctic winter. There was no option but to use a very heavy duvet. As we were there for ten days, we would have expected a change of bedding and towels. The non-stick coating on the frying pans was badly damaged. One was so bad it should have been thrown out.
