  Upon arrival the team were really welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags before check in so we could head into the city centre without them. The hotel is amazing aesthetically, clean and modern. We had a cocktail at the bar and was informed of the best food spots to try and bars, their Thai restaurant is closed on Mondays but we would have definitely tried the hotels food (and will on our next visit). Prior to visiting I had requested birthday decorations and cider for the room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, it looked great and they even provided complementary chocolates and candles. The room itself was spacious and bright, the spa bath was lush and easy to operate. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, the hotel is close to the station and the centre only being not even 10min walk down the road. We can’t wait to visit again, we really impressed with the hospitality.

  On arrival staff were very friendly, showed us around the hotel and too our room. They offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a non alcoholic alternative for myself who’s pregnant. They also left a happy birthday card in the bedroom for us. Room was beautiful we had the double room with the hot tub on the balcony room was so clean and the hot tub was amazing the views we had from the hot tub were breath taken.Bed was so comfortable. The spa was beautiful so relaxing and great having a spa bar as well. Location is great 5/10 minuet walk into a little town with pubs restaurant and amusements. For food we went to the “pub” which is within the hotel and food was nice.Worth every penny and will be booking again.

  good location for a visit to the O2 with great transport links . It was a fair price, ideal for a 1 night stay. Good to have a fridge in the room and appreciated the bottles of water. When I contacted the owner as we were running late for check-in, she was very friendly and helpful.

  A bit dusty in areas and could do with an update. As we were basically in the room for nothing other than sleeping and getting changed, the facilities didn't really bother us but had we been staying longer I would have been disappointed.

  The location is beautiful, as we have stayed in this area many times, and stayed in few of the hotels around the Malvern Hills The breakfast was OK, we could have drank a bigger pot of tea

  On arrival, when checking in, we found the member of staff, very unfriendly, she certainly didnt make you feel very welcome. We were so disappointed when we seen the size of our room, and bathroom, it's got to be the smallest hotel room, I've ever stayed in. The bed was just a double. I know we only paid for a standard room, but that was ridiculous in my opinion
